To Form a More Perfect Union
The U.S. Postal Service issued a souvenir sheet of 37-cent To Form a More Perfect Union commemorative stamps in 10 designs. The stamps are not being sold individually, but in a souvenir sheet.
The sheet is designed to recognize the courage and the achievements of those men and women who, during the tumultuous years of the civil rights movement, struggled to bring the vision of the nation's founders closer to reality.
For first-day cancellations, stamps may be affixed to self-addressed envelopes and sent to any of the following cities, addressed to TO FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION STAMPS, POSTMASTER:

Orders must be postmarked by Sept. 29.
Child Health
The Postal Service has also issued a 37-cent Child Health commemorative stamp in Philadelphia.
With this new stamp, the Postal Service continues a tradition of drawing attention to important public issues.
For first-day cancellations, the stamp may be affixed to self-addressed envelopes and sent to CHILD HEALTH COMMEMORATIVE STAMP, POSTMASTER, 2970 MARKET ST RM 525, PHILADELPHIA PA 19104-9611.
Orders must be postmarked by Oct. 6.
Let's Dance/Bailemos
The Postal Service issued 37-cent Let's Dance/Bailemos commemorative stamps in four designs, in Miami and New York City.
The stamps honor the contributions of Latino art to American culture, each featuring an image showcasing a dance - the merengue, salsa, cha-cha-cha and mambo.
For first-day cancellations, stamps should be affixed to self-addressed envelopes and sent to SPECIAL EVENTS UNIT - LET'S DANCE, 421 EIGHTH AVE., RM 2029B, NEW YORK NY 10199-9998, or to POSTMASTER MIAMI, 2200 NW 72ND AVE., MIAMI FL 33152-9998.
